Scartaglen National School is proud to have a vibrant Parents Council who help organise a wide variety of events and activities for the children of the school during the year.

Parents' Council
The Scartaglen National School Parents’ Council plays a vital role in supporting our school community. Working in partnership with staff and families, the council helps to enhance school life through a variety of fun and meaningful initiatives each year. From organising much-loved events like the Halloween Disco and Pancake Tuesday celebrations, to leading important fundraising efforts that provide resources and activities for our pupils, the Parents’ Council makes a real difference in the everyday experiences of our children.
The Parents’ Council is always eager to welcome new members and encourages all parents to get involved by attending the Annual General Meeting (AGM). It’s a great way to share ideas, support the school and play an active role in your child’s education.
