As part of our Active Schools Week we had a lovely day out hiking in Tomies Wood in Killarney National Park. We walked 8km and went to see O’Sullivan’s Cascade. You can see lots of photos of the trip here.

Congratulations to our 2nd Class on making their First Holy Communion in Scartaglen Church last Saturday. A massive thanks to Ms. McCarthy and Katie for all their work preparing the children. Thanks also to Mr. Kelliher and the choir for the beautiful music and to Fr. Sean for the lovely ceremony.

1st/2nd Class have been having great fun building and coding Lego with our Lego WeDo kits. They have built and programmed a cooling fan, satellite and even a spy robot! More photos available here.
